Volunteers needed to count pedestrians and bicyclists in the Capital Region

Hear ye, Hear ye . . . You can help make the Capital Region (Dauphin, Cumberland & Perry Counties), safer for walking and biking!

Twice a year the Harrisburg Area Transportation Study (HATS) Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force counts the number of people walking and riding bikes at selected intersections in the first week of May. Shifts are only two hours long, and are located throughout the three-county region.
